About Us
Brenda Felsing started her catering and concessions business in August 2007.
Her husband, Rich, and seasonal employees help her as well.
She has two girls, three and five years old.
Her love of cooking and entertaining made it obvious to start a catering service.
Her entrepreneurial spirit has given her the drive to turn her joy of cooking
into a successful business.
Customer satisfaction is her number one priority and it shows.
Most of Tradition's business is word of mouth, or shall we say taste of mouth. All of the food is made from scratch, no short cuts here. You and your guests will be able to tell from the very first bite.
